Dr. Abdelkader Filali, former professor Ottawa and Saint Paul University. President of the International Research Center for the Prevention of Child Soldiers. Holds a Ph.D. from Ottawa University. Specialization in the Anthropology of Violence, Radicalization, and Terrorism.
Josée Provençal, Ph.D.

Dr. Josée Provençal holds a doctorate from the University of Ottawa and is an assistant professor of international relations at the Royal Military College St-Jean in Canada. She specialises in issues related to just transition, energy security, and sufficiency as peacekeeping tools. She is the Executive Director of the International Research Center for the Prevention of Child Soldiers.

Dr. Willy Didié Foga Konefon, professor in the History Department of the University of Douala (Cameroon). He holds a Ph.D. in History of International Relations from the University of Yaoundé. He is the Africa Bureau Director of the International Center for Research on the Prevention of Child Soldiers.
